By investing in UNTŪ, you gain exclusive access to UNTŪ Resort, a luxurious eco-friendly mini-resort in Bali, Indonesia. The typical cost for a single overnight stay at the resort is around EUR 200, but as an investor, you are granted free access.

Please note that during public holidays and peak seasons, priority bookings will be given to paying guests, to generate optimal returns. After this period, investors will have the opportunity to reserve their free stays according to their level of investment.

Each investor token represents a two-night stay for up to six people in one of our luxurious boutique villas. Tokens can be freely transferred to anyone in the investor’s network, providing a great opportunity to share the experience with friends and family.

In addition to free stays, co-owners also receive discounts based on their level of investment, of which the benefits include villa rental fees with cleaning services. Please note that additional services such as catering, personal chefs, personal trainers, or other concierge services are not included in the tokens, but can be reserved for an additional fee.
